In the interim, please see the online video - under Find a Home page -- by clicking on any of the available apartments or Wait List… We ask that you go to our website and find your preferred apartment that matches up with your desired move in date. Click on View Details / click on Contact Us button to submit a Leasing Inquiry / Guest Card... Please take note of the specific Available Date. Normally ALL TOURS are set up ahead of time, BY APPOINTMENT only… with PHOTO ID…

For those that have their apartment picked out, Go to www.zpg.com / Find a Home / and click on 'APPLY NOW' to send us your APPLICATION ($50 per applicant/co-signer 18+); attach documents needed to review the application… ie: proof of Income and valid ID.
QUALIFIERS: Applicants are processed separately on 4 qualifiers: Credit History Check, Acceptable Employment and Proof of Income of at least 2.5 times rent; Background Check; Rental History Check. All of our applicants go through the same rental criteria qualifications. Security Deposit $600 (on approved credit; pending application decision)... Additional Deposit of up to 1 months rent if Co-signer needed… Having NO Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if need a Co-Signer. If Co-Signer needed, they will need to submit an application within 24 hours of decision and are qualified/processed same as applicant… Please fully complete all areas of the application; missing info will delay the decision process.
All residents must pay rent online through ZPG resident online portal – you will set up after application is approved, we send you the link to set up your online portal.
We do not allow lease end dates of 09/30 - 02/28 --- Not allowing any short term leases in the 2021 Lease Year.
We do not allow month to month leases, as we require a 2 full months’ notice to renew or vacate, prior to your current lease end date. We do have a transfer and roommate change fee. We do not allow subletting.

Uptown is a fully remodeled building. Depending on floor plan, apartments were updated with newer appliances and flooring. The kitchen has more counter space than most Uptown apartments and has full sized appliances.
Each apartment pays all utilities. Residents pay 100% of the electricity. Residents pay 90% of the Water, Trash and Gas (heat). Depending on weather, the bills do peak & valley – $45-$125/month depending on usage (( Gas & Water allocations are calculated by days in a month, # of occupants and square footage )).
Tenants pay their rent online only; checking ACH (free) or Credit Card (fee)
ZPG requires all tenants to have renter's insurance. Renters Insurance proof is due prior to move in.
Parking is available for an additional monthly rate / depending on availability: Underground Heated Garage $75 / Gated Lot $45
Cats are welcome at Uptown Plaza Apartments! $100 Cat Deposit (non-refundable); plus $10 Monthly Pet Fee.
Transportation is a breeze with a bus line right outside, with several others just blocks away… quick access to the highways, and within walking distance to Eat Street and many other great bars and restaurants.
Uptown Plaza is a SMOKE FREE & DOG FREE Community.
