You can walk to Deer Creek Elementary and the house is zoned for Cedar Park Middle and High School. It is 3 bed/2 bath about 1,700 sq ft. The rooms have carpet, the hallway and living room and office has wood floor and the bathrooms and kitchen has tile. We recently painted the cabinets in white and they are in great condition. The dishwasher was replaced last year with a new Bosch dishwasher-it is almost like new and works great. House also comes with a stove that we replaced last year (when we bought the house). The fridge is staying and its GE. We are leaving our washer and dryer. Bought 2 1/2 years ago. It's an Electrolux front load washer and dryer set. We also installed a water purification system that purifies all the water that comes in the house. Under the kitchen sink, we installed a 2nd purifying water system that provides drinking and cooking water. The furnace was also replaced when we moved last year. We installed sprinklers in the front and resodded the front as well. I will be paying my guy Oscar to keep the front and back nice and trimmed. Whole house was painted in Benjamin Moore paint in a light gray color. The bathrooms are painted in a light blue/green spa color. Last, we have the garage. Fresh, new epoxy on the floors and fresh paint in a dark gray color. Perfect for a man cave.
